At The New York Times Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
