A detailed view of the interior of the Oculus, the birdlike crown jewel of the World Trade Center Transportation Hub. This "selfie magnet" was designed by Santiago Calatrava in 2004, but took a 12-year gestation at double the estimated cost before it was unveiled in 2016.
